PRICING / PAYMENTS:
Q: Are your prices quite fixed or negotiable?
A: We try our best to offer our rock bottom prices to our valued customers, however if you are our old customer or your ordered quantity is extra ordinary large, we can negotiate the prices.
Q: What type of payment modes you prefer.
A: We mainly accept TT (Bank Wire) in our company account. However small payments you can transfer through Western Union too.
Q: Do you accept payment through Visa cards too?
A: No we don’t accept any payments through visa cards.
Q: If we send the payment in your account but you could not get in time then what might be the problem.
A: Usually we get any sort of TT in our account maximum in 2 to 4 days after your bank transfers it. However sometimes due to some mistake in account name or account number, that amount can’t be credited in our account so in that case, you have to advise your bank to send a correction message to our bank mentioning correct Account Name and/or Account number.
OEM / ODM Services:
Q: Do you provide OEM services too?
A: Yes we provide all sorts of OEM services from customized software modification to customized packaging etc.
Q: For OEM what’s your MOQ (Minimum Ordered Quantity)?
A: The MOQ depend upon the extent of your OEM requirements. If OEM requirements are just limited to new packaging, then we can accept MOQ of even 1k units. However if your OEM requirements need modifications in basic software, addition or deletion of any data/contents, then MOQ is 5 to 10K units.
Q: Do you offer ODM services too?
A: For ODM, we can serve you from product mould designing to software development and packaging at any level. Just convey us your theme, you will find us at your disposal for One-Window solution.
SHIPPING:
Q: How long you take to ship the goods.
A: Usually we have a reasonable quantity of Digital Quran in ready stock which we can ship soon after we get the payment. However if any particular model is not in ready stock, we need one to two weeks to produce it.
Q: What types of shipping method you use to ship the goods.
A: Usually we prefer to ship the goods through our customer’s nominated shipping agent. However if the customer don’t have any shipping agent, then we offer him shipping charges based on By Sea, By Air or By DHL/FEDEX/UPS courier companies. So which method our customer prefers, we ship the goods accordingly.
Q: How long shipping companies take to deliver the goods at our destination.
A: By Sea shipments are delivered in 15 to 30 days based on the destination distance. By Air shipments take 3 to 7 days and by DHL/FEDEX/UPS take around 3 to 5 days. By Air shipments through shipping agents are delivered at the destination airport where consignee has to manage customs clearance, however DHL/FEDEX/UPS offer door to door delivery and thus offer customs clearance services at the destination airport too.
Q: I got the shipment but a few boxes were not having any device inside. What can be the problem in such case?
A: Our packing and shipping process consists of three levels and we ensure that each box properly contains its device inside before the shipment is handed over to the shipping company. However our experience says that usually customs people at our end or at your end takes a few units out of the boxes and then don’t put them back in the related boxes. But such cases are very rare, might be in one or two out of hundred shipments.
WARRANTY:
Q: What’s your usual product faulty ratio (RMA -- Return merchandise authorization ratio)?
A: We apply all latest quality controls to make our product fault-free. But as no electronic device in the world is assured 100% perfection so we also can’t claim 100% perfection, however still we can ensure 99% perfection ratio. It means our RMA ratio is 1% maximum.
Q: How to do with any faulty units?
A: Just ship the faulty units (without any accessories/packaging etc) back to us and inform us about its tracking number. We will ship the new units immediately we get the faulty units. But before you ship any faulty units, please get RMA confirmation from our sales staff first.
Q: Do you replace or just repair the faulty units?
A: If the fault is of minute nature, then we will remove that faulty and ship the units back to you. However if the faults are too big to repair them easily, then we will replace them with new units.
Q: Do you charge to replace or repair the faulty units?
A: If the fault is related to manufacturing process like hardware or software problem then we will repair/replace the faulty units free of any charge however if the fault is caused by the customer/user like LCD gets broken, or device is put in the water or any device is thrown away by the user and resultantly any part/components breaks, then user will have to pay for such fault. But in that case too, we charge only the actual cost of such parts/components.
Q: We have technical expertise at our end to repair electronic device. If we wish to repair any faulty unit at our end, how you would support us?
A: In such cases, we can provide you major components like speaker, battery, LCD glasses etc so that your technical guys could fix such small problems at your end.
Q: Who will pay the shipping charges on such faulty units?
A: You will pay the shipping charges from your destination to our destination. However we will pay any shipping charges from our destination to your destination.
Q: How long you take to ship back our warranty units.
A: If your warranty units are not very old, we try our best to ship new units immediately, however if your warranty units are very old, then we take one to two weeks to repair those.
DISTRIBUTIONSHIP / AGENCY:
Q: How I can get sole distributorship of your products in my country?
A: If your company is strong enough to distribute our Islamic products in your country quite well and you could satisfy our management about your capability, we will feel pleasure to appoint your company as sole distributor for your country.
Q: What benefits will go in my favor if I succeed in getting sole distributorship of your products?
A: First of all we will be bound not to sell our Digital Quran products to any other company in your country. Secondly if any customer contacts us for our products, we will refer him to you, thirdly we will share the expenses of your all sort of marketing/promotional plans like Advertisements in your local newspapers, Ads on your national TV, participations in your country’s Electronics and Islamic exhibitions as well as to provide you related posters / leaflets / give-away etc at our cost.

Q: Do your digital Quran players have Quality Certificates such as CE, FCC or RoHS?
A: Of course all our Digital Quran have got CE, FCC as well as RoHS certificates from most reliable Quality Control Organizations which portray the best quality standards we take to produce our Digital Quran products.
